As I looked around the showroom floor I was amazed by the fair and reasonable prices. I asked if I could ride one of his bikes and he told me to "Ride em ALL Its the only way to know what you like" So I did:) I fell in love with a 97 Valkyrie and Pat told me to take it for the weekend to make sure I really liked it, needless to say I bought it. I have referred many friends to him and will keep doing so, It was nice to deal with an absolutely zero pressure sales person, who loves to just stand around and talk about riding just as much as selling you a machine."

"I have to say I went down to Redline to help a buddy get his truck home after a purchase. I have never been in a showroom before with absolute freedom to look, sit and dream of what I could have. My buddy bought a VN900 and loves it. Pat was a real pleasure to hear the two of them work together. Pat also answered every question I had and I wasn't even buying a bike there. I was planning on buying a used GS1100 from a private seller but after the experiance I had at Redline it was obvious that I wanted to get a better bike from them. I returned to get a VTX1800 but the finace business was closed ( labor day wkend ) so Pat says I will put a hold on the bike for you. The sale will be next week and I will post comments from that portion. I also want new tires installed and Pat says no problem. I must say WOW for an awesome experiance of the unexpected! Redline is highly recommended to potential new bike owners and if you want to trade up Pat can take care of you in that department too! I would not recommend wasting any time with any other dealer or private sale. Come down to Redline and find out for yourselves what customer service is all about."

" I have purchased 2 bikes from Redline. 1 Yamaha 1300 and 2 a Yamaha 1700 Roadstar Silverado, Both bikes are incredible low miles and perfect condition. the only thing that impresses me more, than the bikes, were the staff you can't find better folks to deal with. Pat is the most incredible salesman I have ever met, no pressure , he lets the bike sell its self, but he is right there when you have questions or need any kind of help. He is also right on time to help after the sale to. also their service man Randy,went way above and beyond, on helping me obtain many parts for my C-90 Suzuki. and then installed them Free. Why even go any place else "

"My husband and I bought our 1st bike from you guys in August. We bought a 2009 Yamaha Road Star Silverado from Pat Carter. 1st: let me say thank you to Pat because my husband and I wanted a V Star 1100 and Pat let us ride 2 different V Star 1100's we realized that this would have been to small for our trip to Reno for street vibrations. Not only did we get to ride the 2 V Stars we were allowed to then ride 3 other larger bikes which led us to our final purchase. The other shop we went to in Tacoma whom I wont mention would not allow us to test ride a bike untill we completed a credit application! 2nd: Pat didnt pressure us once! We left the dealership and went home to do some comparison and price shopping only to find out that Redline had there Roadstar priced at over $1150 under the book value and almost $1300 cheaper than any other Roadstar on craigslist! We've since had our 1st service done through you service department with Randy and thats also a price we couldnt get matched anywhere else! Thanks guys for the service and pricing and you can count on referals from us!"

"You gusy rock! I tried getting a bike at 3 other dealers near FT. Lewis and the only shop that could get me financed was Redline (having horrible credit definately didnt help me and I thought getting a bike was going to be imposible after my 3rd dealer experience). Not only did I get the GSXR 1000 I had been looking for you got me financed and left me money to buy my gear and a exhaust for next to nothing! Thanks for the great experience!"

"Thanks Randy Ota for saving my poker run!!!! With 2 days to go before the poker run I had been looking forward to only to find out my Ducati Monster wouldn't start was was devistating. After 2 phone calls to local (well within 50 miles local) dealers a friend said to call Randy at Redline. Not only did they come pick up my "dead duc" Randy figured out my starter was shot, went and got one in Seattle and had it in my bike within 48 hours and saved my ride, not to mention it cost me $250 less than what I was quoted elswere! Thanks Randy you saved the day literally! "

"I just wanted to express my thanks for what turned out to be a great buying experience with Redline Motorsports. I purchased my 2007 H.D Ultra Classic yesterday from Pat and Mickey. I have been searching for over 6 months for a clean used Ultra and after seeing your add on craigslist I doubted the legitamacey of your add. When I came to look at it I certainly didn't expect to find what turned out to be the nicest used bike dealership I've ever seen ( I didnt even know a %100 used bike only dealership even exsisted in the 1st place!) I was able to test ride the bike for over a half hour and on top of that Randy in service put the bike on a lift for me to thuroughly look over prior to buying. Pat and Mickey even went the extra mile when they called the department of licensing with me to make sure that the bike history was clean as I suspected the price was to good to be true! Everything checked out and my ride home on my new bike was even more satisfying knowing I couldn't have possibly bought another Ultra Classic for any cheaper than what I was able to buy it for! Thank you for the excellent service, exceptional price and extra effort! I can certainly say that reffering Redline to friends and family will be very easy and I know I can make a refferal that will be honest and fruitfull in the longrun! By the way I'm gonna hold you to that free dyno run you promised me Pat!"
